With its recently added FactBoxes DOCHISTORY+ provides a quick overview of current and past documents. The new document information is directly visible for both the customer and the vendor as well as in sales and purchasing documents. Only clicking once, a unique overview opens which also contains header and line information.
DOCHISTORY+ is supporting the document types quotes, blanket orders, orders, invoices, credit notes, return orders, posted deliveries, posted invoices, posted returns, posted credit notes, archived quotes and archived orders.
In phone calls with customers or suppliers, DOCHISTORY+ allows quick and precise statements about which and how many units of a specific article have already been delivered in the past and which prices therefore have been calculated.
DOCHISTORY+ allows copying previously selected document lines in an open document which makes work easier, especially for recurring transactions.
